No ego at the top!

I started reading Traction yesterday. There are some good ideas in his EOS model. Missing, I think, when talking about people, is a focus on the individual.


Great companies are run by ego-less leaders, who, using transformational leadership skills, get the best people, in the best positions, and provide the best environment for the company to succeed.


There are some good tools in the book, but get the people right is fundamental!
